TT Tents Round GB
The T-T Tents company boat, “Conttentment”, was the brain-child of Anthony Wickham, Company Director.
His belief, and also the ethos of the company, is work hard, but also enjoy your leisure time.
The company boat is available to all full time staff and the objective for 2011 is for everyone to have the opportunity to pass the RYA Powerboat Level 2 qualification.
“Conttentment” will be kept at Southampton Dry Stack (40 minutes from T-T Tents).
In September, Anthony Wickham will circumnavigate Great Britain in the rib and full time staff will be able to volunteer for various legs of the voyage.
“Conttentment” is 6.8 metres long and purpose built by Ribcraft, with a 60 gallon fuel tank and a 200 horsepower Suzuki 4-stroke engine. When choosing a boat builder, Anthony decided on a deep “V” hull, a strong method of construction which allows for greater versatility of use.
Conttentment is fitted with two Ullman shock mitigation seats, a Garmin touch screen chart plotter and Icom VHF.
After the Round Britain circumnavigation, Conttentment will be displayed on the T-T Tents stand at the Showman’s Show, (19th & 20th October 2011).
